Returns & Exchanges

How do I return my purchase?

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in perfect condition.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email miki@schickimiki.com for further instructions. Please note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we have received your parcel, processing the return may take up to 5 business days. When the return is processed, your refund will appear within 2 to 5 business days. You will receive an email confirming both the receipt and the refund of your parcel.
